• Appointment details such as preferred date and requested service

We do not request sensitive medical or financial information through Messenger.

• Respond to inquiries about our services
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Coordinate with clinic staff to handle your request
• Send reminders, recall messages, promotions, and clinic updates you may find relevant
• Improve and promote our services, including through advertising platforms consistent with their platform rules
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. How We Store Your Information

Information you share is stored securely on systems controlled by the clinic or its trusted service providers, accessible only to authorized staff. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the clinic, bound by confidentiality
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta), solely to deliver, measure, and improve our own communications and promotions
• Authorities, when required by law

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 24 months to support follow-ups and service improvements. Appointment records may be retained longer as part of clinic records, in line with Philippine health and regulatory requirements. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Facebook Platform

Our chatbot operates on Facebook Messenger. Facebook's own data practices also apply — see Facebook's Privacy Policy for details. We access only the information necessary to respond to messages sent to our Page.

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act, you may:

• Request access to information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time, while still receiving messages necessary for your appointments

To request data deletion, send us a message on Facebook containing "DELETE MY DATA" or call us at 0968 370 8778. We will process the request within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Messenger service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may message us on behalf of minor patients.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our Messenger service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
